The client approached Aquila Agency with a pressing issue—managing the financials and subscriptions for their gym business efficiently. The primary concerns were paper-based operations and potential monetary losses due to employee theft. Additionally, the lack of analytics and insights made it challenging for the client to identify areas of improvement and evaluate the success of different subscription packages.

Solution

The main challenge faced during the project was addressing the client's concerns about employee theft and financial transparency. Creating a secure and foolproof system to prevent unauthorized access and ensure accurate financial tracking required meticulous planning and implementation.
